We provide Serviced Accomodation in East Yorkshire, currently Market Weighton. Secure unlimited access to the Apartment, free on-site Parking. All Bills included, and a free Teacake as well!
Access 24 hours
You can get access 24 hours a day once you have obtained your key from our secure keyboxes situated by the external Access door.
Fully Kitted out
Each Apartment is fully kitted out for you to cook a full meal or just to make a coffee, with coffee pods, tea bags, instant coffee to get you started and even a pint of milk in the fridge.
Service item
A full sized oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, pod coffee maker and all the cutley and kitchen equipment to create your own meal.
OR
Take advantage of the local restaurants, pubs and takeaways to give yourself a well earned break from the kitchen.
Business, Travel or Leisure, we're here to host.
Short or Long Stay
We currently accept one night stays, so we remain flexible to suit you. The longer you stay, the more cost effective the accommodation is. We will clean the apartment and change the linen every 7 days if you stay over 9 days. if you stay up to 9 days we ask that you request new linen if you need it, for a cleaning fee, not a problem, just contact us and we'll provide a change for you.

The Apartments are available for long stays at a discount as well as short visits. Flat 5 has a double room and a single room, so colleagues can share too.
